Where can I buy tickets?

What are our office opening hours?

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Where is my ticket?

All ticket purchases from our website are emailed to the address used to purchase.If you created an account you can also login, view history and download the ticket.

Do I need to change the name on my ticket?

No need to change the name on your ticket as this will not affect boarding.

Can I talk to someone about my booking?

Yes, please contact us via our contact page anytime, email info@yotclub.com.au or call 0756 381 265 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

How do I change the date on my ticket?

Send an email to info@yotclub.com.au with your original tickets and requested new dates.

Can my group sit together if we purchase an Ocean Deck ticket?

An Ocean Deck General Admission ticket does not include reserved seating. For reserved seating we recommend purchasing a booth for your group.

I've booked multiple booths will my group be sat together?

We look forward to having you onboard for your special occasion and try to accomodate all groups where possible. To confirm your group are able to be sat together please email info@yotclub.com.au.

Can I book the whole VIP Upper Deck?

Yes, our VIP Upper Deck is available for exclusive hire, contact info@yotclub.com.au

Can I book the whole of YOT Club for a private event?

Yes, the YOT Club is available for exclusive private events, view more information on our private charter page.

We have a strict no refunds policy, so please take caution when booking your tickets.

Onboard FAQ

What time does boarding start?

Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to your event time.

Where does YOT Club depart?

How long are the cruises?

Saturday cruises are 3 hours, Sunday cruises are 2.5 hours.

Are there 18+ age restrictions?

All our ticketed events are strictly 18+ and valid photo ID must be shown at entry. For Private Charters, we can tailor the restrictions to meet our client’s needs.

What is the dress code?

The YOT CLUB is an upmarket venue and we encourage guests to dress to a high standard. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee’s that do not adhere to the dress code policy.

**If you are hosting an event or function on the YOT Club we recommend notifying all guests **

  • Men must wear a collared shirt (polo shirts with collars will be accepted)
  • No singlets, tank tops or t-shirts
  • No thongs, steel caps or men’s sandals
  • No activewear or hoodies
  • No jogging shoes
  • No beach wear
  • No clothing bearing offensive slogans or pictures
  • No caps
  • No excessively ripped, dirty or revealing clothing

What is your tattoo policy?

  • No face or head tattoos
  • No neck tattoos that are larger than a 20c piece
  • No tattoos that are offensive or gang related

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person in breach of YOT Club entry policies.

*We understand tattoos are a fashionable part of culture for which we embrace, however it is YOT Club’s policy not to permit anyone with visible tattoos above the neckline (collar) which are larger than a 20c piece. As long as tattoos on arms, legs or any other part of your body aren’t of an offensive or gang related nature, it’s fine. We celebrate self expression and want people to dress up and enjoy themselves.

Do I need to show ID at entry?

Guests must be 18 years and over to attend a YOT Club ticketed event. You must have a valid ID with you, photos or copies of ID will not be accepted. Acceptable forms of ID required:

  • A current Australian drivers license
  • An Australian or foreign passport
  • An Australian 18+ Card

Is seafood the only option for Sunday lunch?

We have alternative menus for guests who do not eat seafood.

Can I smoke onboard?

There is no smoking or vaping permitted onboard the YOT Club, we don’t want the cigarette butts going overboard and harming our amazing sea life.

Will I get sea sick?

The YOT Club only cruises the calm smooth waters of the Brisbane River and the Gold Coast Broadwater, so smooth sailing all the way!

Can I bring balloons and decorations on-board?

Unfortunately you are unable to bring balloons and decorations on board. We are an open vessel and the wind can blow them into other guests and overboard into the marine environment. As an environmentally friendly venue we have to say no.

What music do you play on board?

We have a range of DJs that play all genres.

What happens if the weather is bad?

95% of the YOT Club is under cover so we can cruise in all weather conditions. We suggest you keep an eye out on the weather and dress appropriately for the conditions. Evening events scheduled between June and August can be cooler conditions, dress to keep warm.

Terms & conditions of entry to YOT Club

Our managers and security team have full authority to deny patrons entry. We give them full discretion and their decisions may be due to inappropriate behaviour, language, dress code, tattoos and anything else they feel is not appropriate to let you onboard.

If you are intoxicated, by law we can’t let you onboard.

Am I able to use cash onboard?

We are a cashless venue, this means we are unable to accept cash onboard. You are able to pay via EFTPOS with card.

Can I hold my Hens or Bucks Party onboard the YOT Club?

Absolutely, we are experts in creating packages for your special occasion. This does come with some T&Cs… this includes a strict dress code & behavioural expectations. Please email info@yotclub.com.au to organise your event or if you have any questions!
